1. Do you offer free trial?
We offer a 14 day Free Trial. No credit card required
2. What happen after free trial?
You need to manually upgrade your trial plan to the official plan. If you don’t upgrade, your trial site will auto delete after 7 days
3. Can I upgrade/change my plan?
You can change plans anytime, normally, the system will need around 24hrs to do upgrading. No down time or very short down time for when site is upgrading
4. Does my site backup?
Yes, it will automatically backup daily. The concurrent backups is 2
5. What will happen if my site expires?
You can’t access it any more but the entire site is safe. We will keep your entire data within 7 days from the expiration date then permanently delete it.
6. Can I recover my site if it’s permanently deleted?
No, can’t. Please make you renew the site in a timely manner.
7. Will system automatically charge me at next billing cycle?
No, it does not. System will send you an invoice and please pay it before the expiration date
8. What payment methods do you support?
Currently, we accept Paypal, Visa/Master card (via Paypal), Western Union and MoneyGram
9. Can I export data in case we want to migrate it to a new platform?
Yes, you can export all users into csv by yourself in the admin panel. In case you need the entire database, please contact us.

15. Can I switch my site from cloud type to self-host and vice versa?
Yes, possibly we will help you do that. Please contact us whenever you want to change.

Cloud type -> Self-hosted: you need to purchase self-hosted license. Don’t need to purchase plugins if you’re ready purchased. We will help you move site from cloud to self-hosted free of charge.

Self-hosted -> Cloud type: after sign up to cloud type, send us hosting details of your existing site. We will help you migrate the site from existing server to cloud free of charge.
16. I don't have a domain yet. Can I still purchase mooSocial cloud plan?
Yes! You can purchase now and map your domain later.
