Hello Everyone,
The wait is over! We are happy to announce the final release of mooSocial version 2.1.1. Head over to the Download section in our Client Area to grab a copy or www.moosocial.com to purchase. Boostrap is integrated and mooSocial is now Responsive Web Design supported “out of the box”. This will add limitless possibility for future upgrades and enhancements. Make sure you try out the Default Theme with the Layout Editor to see how flexible the new theme engine is.
As always, please make sure to backup your files and database before upgrading your site! If you have a busy site, it’s recommended that you create a mirror site then do the upgade there first. Once everything is ok, proceed to upgrade the live site.
Important for Upgarding:
- Custom Blocks (v2.0.3) will not be used and is replaced by HTML block in v2.1.1. Please remove all contents from Custom Blocks before upgrading. You could add these content to mooSocial using HTML block(s) after the upgrade is completed.
- Make sure your “persistent” folder is cleaned. Remove all files in app/tmp/cache/persistent before upgrading.
