How to use Friend Inviter plugin?

You can use  Friend Inviter plugin to find and connect with more friends, follow this article for more detail

Some ways you can access to Friend Inviter page:

1. At People page, click the Invite Friends button.

2. Click the Friend Inviter menu on the main menu.

3. Click the Invite Friends menu below the user profile menu.

  1. Send the invitations through Gmail and Hot mail: connect to Gmail or Hotmail to send invitations.
  2. Send email: enter the email addresses to send invitations. Limit 10 email addresses per request and separated by commas.
  3. Copy link: can copy link and send to your friends. They can register/ visit site via this link.
  4. Share on Facebook: share an invite post to Facebook feed.
  5. Tweet on Twitter: share an invite tweet to Twitter feed.
  6. Referral link: copy and send to your friend. They can register/ visit site via this link.
  7. Contact Inviter: Upload the contact files from an email application. Learn more for more detail.

How to use Download copy of data plugin?

This plugin allows members of your mooSocial site can download a copy of their data, follow the steps below for more details.

  • Topics
  • Videos
  • Albums
  • Friends
  • Messages

Step 1. Open Edit Profile Information page.

Step 2. At User Menu, click the Download Your Data.

Step 3. Select the information you want to download.

Step 4. Select the Format (HTML or JSON) to download >> and then, click the Create File button.

Your download will change status to being processed.

Step 5. Please wait until the process is finished, click the Download button to download your data.

How to add custom fields for Listing Categories?

Custom fields are a useful feature that allows you to add additional data/information to your posts. This article will show you how to add these extra fields to a category.

There are two ways for adding new fields to a listing category.

(1) Access Admin Dashboard => Plugins Manager => Classifieds => Categories tab

Click the down arrow => select Manage Fields option on the drop-down list => Go to Manage Category Fields page.

Click Add New Field button => show pop-up.

Fill in these fields:

         [1] Field Name: enter text.

         [2] Category: select Property Category

         [3] Field Type: select field type

         [4] Description: enter the content.

         [5] Required checkbox: tick here to make this category field is a mandatory field.

         [6] Searchable checkbox: tick here to allow members to use the search and filter functions with this category field.

         [7] Active checkbox: tick here to enable the field.

         [8] Order: enter number to arrange the field position on list.

=> Click the Save button. The Fields have been saved successfully.

(2) Access Admin Dashboard => Plugins Manager => Classifieds => Fields tab

Click the Add New Field button=> show pop-up.

Fill in the blank fields in the same way (1) => Click the Save button.

The custom fields will be visible when members choose a category on the Post New Listing page.

How to add new payment methods?

Aside from the available support payment methods, the Site Admin can add more payment methods to the Classified plugin. To understand the process, follow the instructions.

Access Admin Dashboard => Plugins Manager => Classifieds => Payment Methods tab.

ClickAdd New Payment Method button => show pop-up.

Enter the payment method’s name => Click the Save button.

When members create a new listing, the new payment method will be visible.
